Registration conditions

Registration for the one-day conference is free of charge.



The registration includes access to the presentations, as well as snacks and drinks during breaks and lunch.



The conference will take place in the Institut d’Optique's auditorium and will be broadcasted in a lecture hall from where questions can be asked. Participants will be allocated to these two rooms according to the number of attendees and their order of registration.

Image rights
By registering to the conference, you expressly agree that the Institut d’Optique Graduate School – Université Paris-Saclay and its technical service providers may capture and record your image and your voice for the purpose of exploitation defined below.

These images and sound elements are intended to be reproduced, represented and/or adapted, in whole or in part, together or separately in  all forms and supports including the live broadcast of the event, videos and photos galleries on printing supports, numerical supports, for social networks and websites of Institut d’Optique Graduate School – Université Paris-Saclay and its partners. This gracious authorization is valid in the whole world and without limitation in time.
